FRIDAY: TEL AVIV
You will arrive in Tel Aviv and be transferred to your hotel. What remains of the day will be at your leisure.

SATURDAY: TEL AVIV
Today will be entirely at your leisure to explore Tel Aviv, the economy and technology centre of Israel.

SUNDAY: TRAVEL TO THE NORTH
Drive south to Rehovot for the Weizmann Institute, known for its role in Israel’s development. Enjoy high-tech exhibits and see Haim Weizmann’s mansion. Head north to Caesarea, a historic Roman capital and port. Learn about its role in Jewish history, including the AD66 revolt, with interactive 3D figures. Continue to Atlit Detainee Camp, sharing the heroic story of Jewish immigrants during the British Mandate. Finally, reach Haifa, a major port city. Visit the Louis Promenade for stunning views of Haifa Bay and the Baha’i Gardens.

MONDAY: TZFAT – GALILEE
Begin with a scenic drive through Galilee’s mountain ranges and valleys. Visit a Galilee Winery for wine tasting, explore Rosh Pina’s historical and culinary delights. Then, explore Safed’s ancient city sections and its artist’s colony. In the afternoon, visit the Hula Valley, a top global spot for bird watching, located in the Hula Tourism Complex.

TUESDAY: GOLAN HEIGHTS
Spend the day exploring northern Israel in a unique way. Start by driving to Mount Bental in the Golan Heights for breathtaking views of Upper Galilee, the Golan Heights, Mount Hermon, and Syria. Experience Golan Magic, a 3-D multimedia adventure on a 180-degree screen, followed by a walk through a massive model of the Golan Heights. Visit The Golan Olive Oil Mill and Visitor Centre to learn about olive oil production, from ancient tools to modern machinery. Conclude the first half of your day at Mitzpe Gadot, a former Syrian base with a stunning view of the Hula Valley. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy.

WEDNESDAY: JERUSALEM
Today’s first stop will be the Tel Hai Museum. This memorial is dedicated to a dramatic battle in 1920 led by Joseph Trumpeldor. Then descend to the shores of Lake Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) for a short visit to Tiberias. Continue south along the Jordan Valley to visit the “Naharayim Experience at Gesher”. The day will continue with a drive to Jerusalem through the Jordan Valley’s stunning landscape. Stop at Mt. Scopus upon arrival in Jerusalem for a magnificent view of the city and a brief explanation about the capital’s past and future.

THURSDAY: JERUSALEM
After breakfast, explore Jerusalem’s Old City. Pass through ancient gates to visit the Jewish Quarter, Western Wall (Kotel), vibrant bazaars, and the Cardo. Continue to the City of David for a virtual reality experience on King David’s historical city and a tour of the water system, including Warren’s Shaft and Hezekiah’s Tunnel. Explore the Archaeological Garden and the Southern Wall excavations (Davidson Center). Thursdays witness Bar Mitzvah celebrations at the Western Wall, and you may have the chance to offer your congratulations with a “Mazal Tov!”

FRIDAY: JERUSALEM
Visit Mount Herzl Military Cemetery to pay respects to former Israeli prime ministers and fallen soldiers. Explore the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial, including the Valley of the Communities. Pass by the Knesset (Israel’s Parliament), the iconic Menorah, and Israel’s Supreme Court. See the Shrine of the Book’s Dead Sea Scrolls at the Israel Museum and a model of Second Temple period Jerusalem. Enjoy a neighborhood tour around Mahane Yehuda Market to meet diverse local communities and savor their cuisine. End the day at the Western Wall for a meaningful Kabbalat Shabbat service as the Jewish Sabbath descends over Jerusalem.

SATURDAY: JERUSALEM
Today you will be at leisure to explore Jerusalem on your own. It is strongly suggested to take an optional tour to Massada and the Dead Sea.
