Full Itinerary
Day 1: DUBROVNIK
You will arrive in Dubrovnik and be transferred to the hotel. Dubrovnik is a UNESCO World Heritage site, the city is a treasure-trove of well-preserved architectural and cultural masterpieces, delightful baroque churches and unparalleled seascapes.
Overnight: Dubrovnik
Day 2 – 3: DUBROVNIK
Explore Dubrovnik on your own or pre-book the walking tour package. Dubrovnik is known as the “Jewel of Croatia”. This medieval city is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and sits atop a rocky peninsula which juts into the sparkling Adriatic. Secluded bays and coves offer the perfect getaway. The huge walls of the old town are still intact. The wide marble paved squares, steep cobble-stepped streets and tall private houses have remained unchanged for centuries. We also suggest a visit to nearby Elaphite Islands or the Island of Lokrum.
Overnight: Dubrovnik (B)
Day 4: DUBROVNIK – KORCULA
The only item on the docket today will be transferring from Dubrovnik to Korcula. Depending on the day of the week this will either be a road transfer directly to Korcula, or just a transfer to Dubrovnik port for the ferry to Korcula.
Overnight: Korcula (B)
Day 5: KORCULA
Today is at your leisure to explore Korcula, a charming little, but very well preserved, medieval town. Sometimes Korcula is also called “Little Dubrovnik” because, just like Dubrovnik, Korcula has also narrow streets, beautiful churches, magnificent palaces, plenty of history and the same orange roofing. Wander the streets of the alleged birthplace of the famous explorer, Marco Polo.
Overnight: Korcula (B)
Day 6: KORCULA – HVAR
After breakfast you will be transferred to the port for the ferry to Hvar. On arrival in Hvar you will be transferred to your hotel. Hvar will enchant you with its easy-going atmosphere, grand palaces, churches, monasteries, cathedrals, charming narrow streets and beautiful seaside promenades. Hvar is one of the most beautiful and certainly the most fragrant island of the Adriatic. Amazing works of art, purple lavender fields and top class wines made from the indigenous grape varieties are some of the defining characteristics of this island.
Overnight: Hvar (B)
Day 7: HVAR – SPLIT
This morning you will again be transferred to the port in order to take to the ferry to Split. On arrival in Split you will be transferred to your hotel. If you added the walking tour option then you will go on a walking tour of Split at this point, you can explore at leisure. Many of Split’s historical and cultural buildings can be found within the walls of the UNESCO-protected Diocletian’s Palace complex. In addition, numerous museums, the National Theatre, old churches and other archaeological sites in the Split region ensure that you won’t run out of things to see during your leisure time. There are also many beaches in the city and its surroundings; the most popular is Bacvice, a sandy beach located centrally in the town along the coastline.
Overnight: Split (B)
Day 8: SPLIT
You will be transferred to Split Airport after breakfast. (B)
