DAY 1:  ZAGREB
After arrival at Zagreb airport you will be transferred to the hotel.
Overnight:  Zagreb

DAY 2:  ZAGREB
Today will be entirely at your leisure in Zagreb. Croatia’s capital city is full of beautiful buildings, monuments and openhearted, hospitable people. All these features make Zagreb a very friendly and popular city.

DAY 3:  ZAGREB – OPATIJA
This morning you will pick up your rental car and drive to Opatija.

DAY 4:  OPATIJA
Today will be entirely at your leisure in Opatija. This is known as the city of “Roses and Magnolias”. This city, which boasts a suitable climate, lush gardens, and beautiful villas, is a very elegant resort not to be missed.

DAY 5:  OPATIJA
This will be another on which you are free to do whatever you want in Opatija.

DAY 6:  OPATIJA – PLITVICE
On the docket for today is a drive from Opatija to the region of the UNESCO-protected Plitvice National Park.

DAY 7:  PLITVICE
Today will at your leisure in this lush green region. The mountains around the Plitvice area are thickly wooded and are home to the Plitvice Lakes consisting of 16 terraced, crystal clear lakes which are all joining each other. This area was proclaimed a National Park in 1949. It is one of the biggest National Parks in Croatia.

DAY 8:  PLITVICE – SPLIT
After breakfast, it will be time to leave the nature of Plitvice behind and drive to the city of Split.

DAY 9:  SPLIT
Today will be entirely at your leisure in Split. Split is one of the sunniest places in Europe. This historic center lies within the imposing walls of Diocletian’s Palace. It is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The cultural and entertainment on offer in Split is extremely rich, particularly in the summer, when the city squares, yards, and other areas turn into large open-air stages. (Optional tours available).

DAY 10:  SPLIT
There is much to see in Split and today will again be entirely at your leisure to give you a chance to see even more.

DAY 11:  SPLIT – DUBROVNIK
Today you will drive to Dubrovnik and drop off your rental car on arrival.

DAY 12:  DUBROVNIK
The day will be entirely at your leisure in Dubrovnik. This city is a monument in itself, and is the most beautiful and well-preserved city in Croatia. It is known as the jewel of Croatia. Today this city still continues to rival Venice with its beauty and charming atmosphere that attracts thousands of tourists a week. (Optional tours available).

DAY 13:  DUBROVNIK
Today will again be entirely at your leisure in Dubrovnik.

DAY 14:  DUBROVNIK
