Full Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival
On arrival at Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport, you will be transferred to the hotel in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem, according to your choice.
Overnight: Tel Aviv OR Jerusalem.

Day 2: Jerusalem or Tel Aviv
Today you will be spending the day on a coach tour of Jerusalem starting with a drive to the Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the city. Then another stop will be made at Mount Zion to visit King David’s tomb, the Room of Last Supper and the Dormition Abbey. Enter the Old City and walk through the Armenian and Jewish quarters to the recently excavated and restored Cardo, the Roman road. See the Western Wall – “the Kotel” – the holiest place for Jews; and continue to the Christian quarter. Walk along the Via Dolorosa and visit the Church of Holy Sepulchre. Proceed to the New City and visit Yad Vashem, the memorial to the Holocaust.

On Saturdays and Jewish holidays, instead of Yad Vashem, drive to Ein Karem, southwest of Jerusalem, traditionally known as the birthplace of John the Baptist. Stroll in the narrow lanes of the picturesque neighbourhood, stopping by Mary’s spring and continuing on to visit the remarkable church of Saint John the Baptist. Thereafter you will return to the hotel.

Day 3: At Leisure
The whole day today will be at your leisure. (You can choose to pre-book one of many tours, for example, a tour to Massada and the Dead Sea which is highly recommended).
