SUNDAY: MALTA
After arrival at Malta Airport you will be transferred to your hotel. What remains of the day thereafter will be at your leisure.

MONDAY: MALTA
This morning you will go on a half-day excursion of Valetta. Your guided tour through the bustling streets will first allow you to view the Barracca Gardens that command a breathtaking panorama of the Grand Harbour. Continue to St. John’s Co-Cathedral, adorned in riches that date back to the Knights of Malta including the world famous Caravaggio painting that is on display in the Oratory of this Cathedral. Thereafter visit the Church Museum that is adorned with Flemish tapestries. Then continue to an outside viewing of the outside the Grand Master’s Palace and other buildings of historical importance. The final stop on the tour will at the Malta Experience, a multi-vision show that depicts Malta’s history throughout the ages.The afternoon will then be at your leisure

TUESDAY: MALTA
In the morning you will go on a half day tour to the old capital city of Mdina. During the walk through Mdina, the ‘Silent City’, you will visit the imposing bastions which allow one to admire a panorama of most of the island. Then continue to Dingli Cliffs. The final stop of the tour will be at the botanic gardens of San Anton. The afternoon will then be at your leisure. A good way to spend this time would be with an optional Sunset Cruise visiting St. Paul’s Islands and the Grand Harbour (not included).

Today will be entirely at your leisure to explore Malta as you want to.

THURSDAY: MALTA – GOZO – COMINO – MALTA
Today’s plan is a full day’s tour to Malta’s sister island of Gozo. After a twenty-minute crossing, on setting foot in Gozo, you will notice that although both islands are similar in history and development, Gozo has a character entirely of its own. Gozo, which is a three hilled island, is greener and more picturesque than Malta. During this excursion, you will visit the temples of Ggantija, the citadel in Victoria, the bay of Xlendi. You will also have leisure time for shopping – Gozo is renowned for its woollen goods and handmade lace. Lunch will be included on the tour.

FRIDAY – SATURDAY: MALTA
The next two days will again be at your leisure. It is suggested that you take an optional tour to one of Malta’s few unspoilt villages in the south of the island, or explore the beaches, sidewalk cafes and shops.
