My friend and I returned yesterday from our trip to Egypt and I wanted to compliment all of you on arranging the most wonderful tour for us.
From the moment we arrived in Cairo, through our days there, our flight to Luxor, the boat trip on the Nile, our time in Aswan and our return flight to Cairo we were treated like VIPs. Sylvia Tours was marvellous. We were met at the airport by Hesham (Hishmak), taken to the Nile Hilton, where we met Ibrahim and then had as our own personal tour guide, Hadidi. All of these gentlemen were concerned for our comfort, attentive, courteous and very knowledgeable. They did everything possible to make our trip truly memorable and became like friends afterwards. Thank you to them all for all they did.
Please pass on our grateful thanks and appreciation of Sylvia Tours' service to the office in Cairo and we shall most definitely recommend ITT and Sylvia Tours to anyone whom we know is thinking of visiting Egypt.
Egypt itself was wonderful - it surpassed all that I had expected and was an experience I shall never forget.
