DAY 1: FIGLINE VALDARNO
Make your way to Claudio’s home and farmhouse in the countryside near Figline Valdarno, just outside Florence. Welcome dinner with local wine at the famous restaurant of Claudio Piantini, “Torre Guelfa” located in the main square. Overnight: Figline Valdarno (D)
DAY 2: FIGLINE VALDARNO
Morning cooking class with Claudio for about 3 hours. Prepare some seasonal traditional Tuscan dishes. Enjoy your self-cooked lunch, accompanied by some local wine. Afternoon at leisure, we suggest a walk through the town. Overnight: Figline Valdarno (BL)
DAY 3: FIGLINE VALDARNO
